Welcome to Highland Coo Snack Box! We’re a small team based in Inverness, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, passionate about sharing the best of Scotland’s snacks and treats with the world.

Finella, an Invernesian at heart, spent five years living in America on a soccer scholarship. During her time there, she discovered just how much her friends loved the snacks she brought from home. From rich chocolates to buttery shortbread and savory crisps, her stash was always gone in a flash—and she could never find anything like it in the States. As a proud Scottish foodie, Finella is thrilled to finally bring the flavors of Scotland to people everywhere.

Joy, the other half of our team, has a Scottish mother and a Chinese father and was born on the Scottish island of Lewis, renowned for its incredible food and drink. She grew up crafting thoughtful snack boxes for her extended family, who always raved about the treats she included. Now, she’s excited to share her love for creating the perfect collection of authentic Scottish goodies with all of you.

Together, we source the finest snacks from trusted suppliers around Scotland—from factory-fresh Walkers shortbread to treats handpicked from the islands.
